Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Konnect platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Konnect is a B2B commerce platform that connects retailers with verified suppliers across West Africa. We provide tools for product discovery, inventory management, order placement, and supplier communication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You must register for an account to access most features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, post false or misleading information, or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits the use of the platform by others.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Konnect makes reasonable efforts to verify suppliers on the platform. However, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by suppliers. Retailers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before placing orders.

All content on the Konnect platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Konnect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at konnect.ltd@yahoo.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the date at the top. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
